Dear Students, Faculty, and Parents,

In line with the ongoing efforts to prioritize the health and safety of everyone at Dasmariñas Integrated High School, we would like to remind all students and staff of the following health and safety guidelines that will be enforced throughout the school year:

1. **Health Declaration Forms**: 

   All students and staff must submit a health declaration form before entering the campus. This form is available on the school's website and must be completed daily. Any student or staff member who shows signs of illness, including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, should refrain from coming to school and consult a medical professional.

2. **Face Masks and Social Distancing**: 

   Wearing face masks remains mandatory for everyone within school premises. Social distancing guidelines will be observed in classrooms, hallways, and common areas. Markers and signs will be placed around the campus to guide students and staff in maintaining a safe distance.

3. **Sanitation and Hygiene Practices**: 

   Hand sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the school, and all classrooms are regularly cleaned and sanitized. We ask all students and staff to practice proper handwashing techniques and use hand sanitizers when necessary. Additionally, students are encouraged to bring their own personal hygiene supplies, such as tissue and alcohol.

4. **Health Monitoring**: 

   The school will be conducting regular temperature checks at the school entrance. Any student or staff member found with a temperature higher than 37.5°C will be required to stay home and undergo a medical check-up before returning to school.
